What is SET Mentoring
The SET Mentoring Program is an in school opportunity to involve students who face barriers such as an intellectual disability, social, emotional, etc. and help them explore future career options, community options, and post school options.
It’s intended to help students transition into the community and/or work place after finishing high school.
This will be achieved by connecting them with adult trained mentors in the community.
The connection between students and mentors will be facilitated by a Mentor Coordinator working in concert with school personnel, parents, and community.
